Global Career Strategy Center* is dedicated to providing diverse career services to job seekers, guiding professionals through the entire hiring process: from crafting a strategic, detailed, customized, and targeted resume, to navigating the often frustrating job search process, through the stressful job interviews, and all the way to signing on the dotted line of a new career. With our extensive industry experience, we know the process, the right people to talk to, and the advice you need to succeed.





Core Consultants
Our staff of trained resume writers are MBA English majors who have taken the Certified Accredited Resume Writing course and are trained in the Art of Resume Writing. Our consultants will teach you how to market yourself and how to plan for your future career goals. We have over 12 years of experience in guiding professionals from where they are to where they want to be.

GCSC Process
At Global, we are focused on forging long-term relationships with our clients; as they grow and develop in their careers, their needs change and we adapt to serve those needs. We begin early on with one-on-one interviews and career consulting sessions, key elements to determine career direction. Then, culling from those sessions, we craft a resume suited to achieving the next step in that process: finding the right job. With resume in hand, we guide each client through the job search process, facilitating with our parent company to locate career opportunities uniquely suited to each client’s individual career goals. And then we follow-up, as our clients progress through their career plan, to help them as they work to achieve outstanding career objectives and face any additional obstacles (need to relocate, economic downturn, layoffs, etc.).

MMBDC Certification
Global is an MMBDC certified minority business enterprise. The Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC) is a privately funded, non-profit, corporate services organization. It is comprised of major corporations and public entities in education, industry, finance, professional services, construction, consumer products and health care-organizations that are tapping into the emerging multicultural marketplace. Through certification of minority-owned businesses, MMBDC assures the corporate buyer that an individual business is truly minority-owned, operated and controlled.

Arthur Gluzman
Managing Partner – Global Career Strategy Center

Arthur Gluzman is the Managing Partner of Global Career Strategy Center headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, as well as parent company, Global Consulting.

Formerly trained by one of the largest search firms in the country, Arthur has spent close to 15 years conducting multi-level financial searches enveloping a myriad of disciplines: banking, automotive, construction, entertainment, financial institutions, healthcare, high technology, insurance, leasing, manufacturing, oil & gas, retail, service, software, telecommunications, transportation, and utilities.

A graduate of Michigan State University, The Eli Broad School of Business, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an accounting concentration in 1993. Arthur commenced his career with a Big Five firm in 1994 and in executive search in 1996.

Carl Norris
Managing Partner – Global Career Strategy Center

Carl Norris is a native of the Detroit Area. He graduated from Cranbrook Schools and went on to graduate from Morehouse College with a dual degree in Accounting and Finance.

Carl spent the next fifteen years honing his skills in Accounting and Finance with notable organizations. He held various key positions over these developmental years: Corporate Accountant, Commercial Loan Officer, External Auditor, Controller, and CFO.

In 1996 Carl ventured into the world of Staffing with one of the premier staffing organizations in the world providing top level Accounting and Finance resources on a contractual basis.

In December of 2000 Carl joined forces with Mr. Arthur Gluzman to form the Global Consulting team. As a Managing Partner Carl oversees the contractual and temporary staffing division, where they specialize in accounting, finance, and administrative professionals.
